Shipping Times We process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days for standard shipping within the continental United States. Please allow additional time during peak seasons or holidays.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order. We offer the following shipping options:
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
- Overnight Shipping (We Do Not Do Overnight Shipping)
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package every step of the way.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to all addresses within the United States. International shipping may be available upon request—please contact us for more information.
Damaged or Lost Packages If your package arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us immediately with photos and tracking information. We'll work with you to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items or a full refund.
Shipping to EU Countries For orders shipped to EU countries, delivery typically takes 10–18 business days after processing. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. EU orders are shipped via DHL Express or FedEx. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or VAT charged by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total.
